6.3 No Compensation
You acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be obligated to pay any compensation, fees, or royalties to You or any third party in connection with the use of User Content as described in this section.
6.4 Retention of Rights
You retain ownership of Your User Content, subject to the license granted herein. The license granted to the Company shall survive termination of Your Account or cessation of Your use of the Service. The Company is not obligated to use any User Content and may remove User Content at its sole discretion.
6.5 Removal Requests
While the license granted herein is perpetual and irrevocable, You may request the removal of Your User Content from active display on the Service by contacting Us at contact@arady.qa. The Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to remove such content from active display within a reasonable timeframe, provided however that the Company shall not be liable for any continued use of User Content in materials produced or distributed prior to such removal, including cached or archived copies maintained by third-party services.

Under Qatar Law No. 13 of 2016, We process Your Personal Data based on the following legal grounds:
