- Application: The Arady mobile application and Progressive Web App (PWA), available through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, and the web platform, the software program provided by the Company.
- Company: Arady Kyw Ayh For Trade In Electronic Programs, a Limited Liability Company registered in the State of Qatar (CR No. 185904), located at Zone 51, Street 787, Building No. 34, Floor 1, Apartment 16, Doha, Qatar.

When You register for an Account, list a property, submit an inquiry, or otherwise interact with Our Service, We may collect the following Personal Data:

- Phone number and mobile number
We do not collect or store national identification numbers, Qatar ID numbers, or financial account information.
3.2 Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when You access the Service. This may include:

- Pages visited on Our Service, time and date of Your visit, and time spent on those pages
- Unique device identifiers and diagnostic data

When using Our Application, with Your prior permission, We may collect:
- Photographs and images from Your Device's camera or photo library (for property listing purposes)

Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before the withdrawal.

These currently include Mailchimp (email communications), Google (analytics and advertising), Meta (advertising), and Cloudflare (security and bot detection). Should We integrate payment functionality in the future, payment information will be collected and processed entirely by the relevant third-party payment provider, and We will not collect or store such information.
- With Property Stakeholders: When You submit a property inquiry or list a property, certain information (such as Your name and contact details) may be shared with relevant parties (property owners, agents, or potential buyers/tenants) to facilitate the transaction.
- With Affiliates: We may share Your information with Our affiliates and parent companies, who are required to honor this Privacy Policy.
- For Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, financing, or reorganization of the Company, Your Personal Data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify You before Your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

6. User Content and Disclaimer
6.1 License
By uploading, submitting, or transmitting any User Content (including photographs, images, videos, floor plans, and property descriptions) to or through the Service, You grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, and display such User Content for the purpose of operating and displaying it on the Arady portal, the Application, and related platforms. This license ends when You delete the User Content or Your Account, except to the extent the content has already been shared with others or retained in routine backups.
6.2 Your Responsibilities and Our Disclaimer
You are solely responsible for any User Content You upload or publish, including all property prices, locations, descriptions, and other details. The Company does not verify, validate, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any User Content or information published by users on the Service. The Company shall not be held responsible or liable for any information published by users, including prices, locations, descriptions, or any other details.
By uploading User Content, You represent and warrant that You own the content or have obtained all necessary rights, consents, and permissions, including consent from any individuals depicted, and that the content does not infringe any third party's rights or contain any unlawful material.
6.3 Removal
You may request the removal of Your User Content by contacting Us at [email protected] or by deleting it directly through the Service.
7. Legal Basis for Processing
Under the PDPPL, We process Your Personal Data based on the following legal grounds:
- Your consent, which You provide when registering for an Account, using Our Service, or expressly opting in to marketing communications.
- The necessity of processing for the performance of a contract to which You are a party.
- Compliance with legal obligations to which the Company is subject under Qatari law.

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices in the State of Qatar and in any other locations where parties involved in the processing are situated. 12.3 Bot Detection and Security (Cloudflare Turnstile)
We use Cloudflare Turnstile, a security service provided by Cloudflare, Inc., to protect Our Service against automated abuse, bots, and malicious activity. Turnstile operates in an invisible mode, meaning it runs in the background without requiring any action from You and without displaying a visible challenge.
To distinguish human visitors from automated traffic, Turnstile processes certain technical signals, including Your IP address, browser User-Agent, TLS fingerprint, and the site identifier and its associated origin.
