How to Check Real Estate Prices in Qatar Using the Arady Map
You can find property prices in Qatar in less than a minute. This guide shows you how to use Arady’s Property Prices map to see the highest, average, and lowest prices for land, villas, and apartments. You can also filter by category and number of bedrooms.

The fastest way to check property prices in Qatar, whether you want land prices per square foot or average apartment rates, is to use Arady’s Property Prices page.
Rather than browsing each listing, you can see the highest, average, and lowest prices for any zone, based on real listings from the past six months.
This guide will help you find the information you need in less than a minute.
What the page tells you
Each number helps answer a simple question: How expensive is this area? Prices are shown per square foot (ft²) or per square meter (m²), so you can easily compare a small plot in one zone to a large one in another.
The data includes villas, land, and apartments, with categories such as residential and commercial land.
The three parts of the page
1. The filter bar. At the top, you’ll find three controls. Enter an area name, such as Al Rayyan, or a zone number in the location box. Select Villas, Lands, or Apartments from the property type dropdown. The category dropdown updates based on your choice, showing Residential Land or Commercial Land if you pick Land. For villas and apartments, a Beds filter will also appear.
2. The interactive map. Qatar is split into numbered zones, each shaded in teal. Darker colors show higher prices, while lighter colors show lower prices. A color key in the top-right corner helps you understand the scale. Click a zone to see its prices, zoom in or out with the + and − buttons or by holding Ctrl and scrolling, drag to move the map, and switch to Satellite view using the button in the bottom right.
3. The prices panel. The white box on the left shows the actual numbers: Highest, Average, and Lowest. You can switch between ft² and m² using the toggle above the numbers.
Browse by property category.
Each property type has its own categories, and you can go directly to any of them. Villas are divided into Residential Villas and Commercial Villas.
- Land is also divided into two categories: Residential Land and Commercial Land.
- Apartments do not have sub-categories, but you can use the Beds filter instead.
The Beds filter is available for both villas and apartments, so you can narrow down prices by number of beds. For example, you can choose from studios up to 5-bedroom apartments and see what a studio or 2-bedroom apartment costs across Qatar or in a specific zone.
How to use it in four steps
- First, choose your property type and category from the dropdown menus. If you are looking at villas or apartments, set the Beds filter as well.
- Next, pick an area by typing it into the location box or by clicking a zone on the map.
- Then, look at the three prices shown in the panel on the left.
- Finally, change the unit to ft² or m² if needed.
A worked example
Let’s say you want to find the average price of residential land across Qatar. If you select Lands and Residential Land, the panel will show the country-wide numbers. As of July 2026, these are about QAR 4,606 for the highest, QAR 340 for the average, and QAR 129 for the lowest per square foot.
If you tap the m² toggle, the same data changes to QAR 49,574, QAR 3,659, and QAR 1,389 per square meter. These numbers are bigger simply because a square meter is about 10.8 times larger than a square foot. It’s the same market, just shown in a different unit.
If you click on a specific zone, the panel heading will change to “Zone prices” and show numbers for that area only. If you see “Not enough data,” it means there haven’t been enough recent listings to give a reliable price.
Reading the numbers wisely
The color shading is the quickest way to spot price differences.
Look for the lightest zones if you want affordable land, or the darkest for high-end areas. When comparing places, focus on the average price, since the highest and lowest can be affected by one unusual listing.
Also, keep in mind that the data covers the last six months, so prices will change as new listings come in.
