How to Calculate Land Price per Square Foot in Qatar (+ Calculator)
Try Arady’s free calculator to easily find out the price of any land in Qatar. Enter the area in square meters and the price per foot, and you’ll see the total in Qatari Riyals. The calculator also shows you the full formula and a simple example.

To work out the total price of a plot in Qatar, start by converting the area from square meters to square feet. You do this by multiplying the area by 10.764.
Next, take that result and multiply it by the price per square foot. In Qatar, land is measured in square meters but sold by the square foot, so this conversion is necessary.
The formula
Total price (QAR) = Area in sqm × 10.764 × price per square foot
One square meter is equal to 10.764 square feet.
A worked example
For example, if a plot is 1,000 square meters and the price per square foot is QAR 300, here is how you calculate the total price.
1,000 × 10.764 = 10,764 square feet
10,764 × 300 = QAR 3,229,200
In this example, the plot would cost around QAR 3.23 million.
